Barbara Beals

Yoga Teacher

I have always enjoyed Yoga and movement in general. Hiking, biking and soccer. When Robin started teaching Yoga, I thought why not… So, in April of 2013 I attended Pranava Yoga Center in Colorado Springs and received my 200 hour teacher training certificate. Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are. I love the mindfulness of it, where not only are you exercising your body, but you’re also building that mind/body connection. Three words come to mind when I think of Yoga Strength, balance and a calm mind.

Robin Beals

Yoga Teacher

Teaching yoga became a passion for Robin in 2012. Robin attended both her 200 and 500 hour trainings at Pranava Yoga Center, and continues to study the 8 limbed path to yoga. She will always be grateful to her teachers for giving her the tools to share the practice of yoga. Robin loves music and time spent outside; rafting, hiking with her dogs, rock climbing, and riding her bike. “Practicing yoga brings a spark of joy and freedom to my life.”

Janet Bergin

"Hi! I’m Janet! I’ve been a lover of Yoga for over 14 years, and I am a certified Energy Medicine Yoga® and Kundalini Yoga teacher. To me, yoga is all about self-awareness, self-discovery, and leaning into self-love. Guiding you along the path to discovering who you are in your body is one of my passions. I love discovering the weird, wild, and wonderful parts of each and every person. Along with leading yoga, I'm a multi-passionate entrepreneur including being an essential oil junkie, a creative brand coach, and I’m currently becoming a certified color embodiment coach. I love all things metaphysical, finding rocks and crystals while hiking, dancing, and laughing with friends. I love watching movies at the theater WITH popcorn and have a passion for advocating for women. You can find me at empoweryouroils.com and janetbergin.com".

Liz has been living in Canon City for 8 years which has become a true home town, a process accelerated by the welcoming yoga community she found here. She began studying and practicing yoga locally first with Bob Gassen.
