Barbara Beals
Yoga Teacher
I have always enjoyed Yoga and movement in general. Hiking, biking and soccer. When Robin started teaching Yoga, I thought why not… So, in April of 2013 I attended Pranava Yoga Center in Colorado Springs and received my 200 hour teacher training certificate. Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are. I love the mindfulness of it, where not only are you exercising your body, but you’re also building that mind/body connection. Three words come to mind when I think of Yoga Strength, balance and a calm mind.
Robin Beals
Yoga Teacher
Teaching yoga became a passion for Robin in 2012. Robin attended both her 200 and 500 hour trainings at Pranava Yoga Center, and continues to study the 8 limbed path to yoga. She will always be grateful to her teachers for giving her the tools to share the practice of yoga. Robin loves music and time spent outside; rafting, hiking with her dogs, rock climbing, and riding her bike. “Practicing yoga brings a spark of joy and freedom to my life.”

Thyrrni Thorson
Hatha Vinyasa teacher
As someone with a deep passion for love, service and self inquiry, yoga changed my life. My yoga journey began at age 16. Starting as a way to work on my mental health, the more I learned, the more i fell in love with not only the practice but the deep rich history of yoga. It is important for me as a teacher to honor the lineage and philosophy and to continue to learn and practice. At age 19, I took my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Chiang Mai, Thailand with the Path of Yoga School. With a training in both hatha and vinyasa, I got the honor to learn from my teachers Amy Devani, India Williams and Katrien Neyrinck. Finding yoga gave me the space to listen to myself, and access parts of me that i didn’t know existed. As a Canon City Native, my goal is to give people in my community the space to do the same!
